Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 7, 2026
ChatGRP is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We want people with disabilities to be able to use our public website and core product flows effectively.
What we have addressed
Our public landing, sign-in, invitation, dashboard, billing, and account settings surfaces include keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, form labels, status announcements, reduced-motion support, and automated accessibility checks for serious and critical issues.
A linear Accessible mode is available from each room. It provides keyboard-oriented access to core room tasks: chat, notes, artifacts, room settings, and completed AI-response announcements after streaming finishes. It is designed for people who prefer or need a non-spatial workflow.
Known limitations
ChatGRP's spatial room workspace includes draggable and resizable panels. That workspace is not yet fully operable by keyboard or fully optimized for screen readers. Some advanced spatial interactions are therefore better accessed through the linear Accessible mode. We continue to test dynamic collaboration updates and do not claim that every part of ChatGRP fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help using ChatGRP, email [email protected]. Please describe the page or feature involved and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if applicable.
We review accessibility reports and will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
